We have operating on the market for over 25 years. Every day is dedicated to further development and optimization, every year under the motto of personal best which we reliably prove time after time.

WTA was founded in 1994 as a single-member company by Christina Wachsmuth and has continued to develop as an owner-managed company ever since then.

We were also able to win a well-known automotive company was as our first customer that year. Four years later, the corporate structure was changed to GmbH & Co. KG. Unfortunately, the production hall was destroyed fire that same year.

After a temporarily leased workplace in Somborn, WTA commenced the new millennium with the construction and first occupancy of the current location in Freigericht. Throughout the 2000s, the company succeeded in steadily expanding its customer base and our first customer relationships in the medical technology sector were established. In addition, the construction of a clean room suitable ESD production area as well as new storage areas complemented the location. The way into the next decade was marked by the continuous expansion of the company location and the ISO certifications DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 by TÜV Süd.

Automation is finding its way into all areas. Cables, circuit boards, printing and sorting can be carried out automatically if they are suitable.
